Rolled Canvas: Canvas is not stretched over any wood bars and is shipped rolled in a tube. SW adds 2" white canvas for stretching on standard wrap bars. GW adds 3" mirrored edges to stretch on gallery wrap bars.

Standard Wrap: The canvas is stretched over 3/4" thick wooden stretcher bars. The artwork is ready to be placed in a traditional open frame.

Gallery Wrap: The canvas is stretched over a 1 3/8" thick wooden stretcher bar. The artwork image is mirrored onto the sides of the canvas and usually hangs on the wall with no frame. This artwork comes ready to hang.

Framed: This artwork is mounted in a black wood frame.

To estimate the outside frame dimension for your wall, add 4 inches to the height and width of the image size.

About the Artwork

The artwork is a realistic painting of a seascape. It depicts a sandy beach in the foreground with gentle waves washing onto the shore. The middle ground features a striking turquoise wave curling towards the beach, with rocky formations on the left. In the background, a sailboat navigates the calm, deep blue sea under a partly cloudy sky. The composition captures a serene and vibrant coastal scene.

What could be better than the soothing sound of ocean waves, the smell of saltwater, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your toes. Can you hear this wave crashing into the beach? Can you picture yourself there?

    Giclée Prints

Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is a term created by print-maker Jack Duganne in 1991 to refer to digitally-reproduced fine art prints. Giclée is based on the French verb “gicler” which means to squirt or spray a liquid. Reproductions created via a state-of-the-art digital printing process. The high-resolution image is highly stable and can be reproduced on canvas, paper, metal, or other materials.

Fine art giclée prints have become the print method of choice for professional photographers, artists, publishers of fine art, and museums who demand high quality fine art reproductions. Prominent art museums such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Guggenheim, Smithsonian Institute, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art have hosted exhibitions featuring fine art giclée prints.
