Prints

• Paper: includes about a 1” white border. Let us know if you need more or less white space.
• Canvas: 
  • When stretching canvas, additional canvas border is added as required to wrap around the stretcher bars. This depends on stretcher bar size (see Canvas Stretching for additional information). If stretching is not performed in the studio please indicate what size border is needed.
  • Standard Wrap canvas includes 2” of additional border for stretching using standard wrap wood bars (see Canvas Stretching for size).
  • Gallery Wrap canvas includes 3” of additional border for stretching using gallery wrap wood bars (see Canvas Stretching for size).
  • Edges
    • White: edges of the canvas border has no printing and is the color of the canvas. Recommended for Standard Wrap canvas when inserting into a standard frame overlapping some of the image edge. 
    • Colored: edges can have a solid color and will wrap around the stretcher bars. See Disclaimer below.
    • Mirrored: all edges are mirrored to provide enough additional image to wrap around stretcher bars. There is an edge when the borders are mirrored similar but not as noticeable as solid colored edges. See Disclaimer below. For example, when a tree with branches are pointing upwards the mirrored edge will be pointing down on the sides. This causes a visual V at the wrap. This is common and the easiest method to reproduced artwork on canvas.
    • Extended: the image is digitally extended on all edges to add enough image to wrap around the stretcher bars. Your original image is not changed and remains the face of the print. We digitally extend the image as if the image is larger than it really is. This does not cause an edge and looks cleaner when wrapping. This is the new preferred method when showing printed edges on stretched canvas. 

Disclaimer

Although we make every effort, there is no guarantee the edges of the border line up perfectly with the edges of the stretcher bars. You might see some of the colored or mirrored edge from the front or image on the edges. Canvas is a cotton/polyester material and when stretching sometimes it stretches more or less then expected.

Product Info

Print your own image on a greeting, note or post cards and send them to friends and family or sell them.

Folding greeting cards are pre-scored, arrive unfolded, and include a matching envelope. Inside greeting cards have a matte white finish and can be easily written or printed on.

Note cards are non-folding. The back can be easily written or printed on and include a matching envelope.

Let us know if you do not need envelopes. The price will reflect the card without the envelope.

Provide an email if you need to upload images and we will send a link. If we already have the image on file be sure to use the correct Image Title above.

Front of Card

All cards include printing an image on the front of the card. Please adjust the image to fit the format of the selected card or let us know and we will work with you. Images on A2 and A7 cards can be printed to the edges while all other greeting cards must have a border. 

Text Printing

If you select additional Text Printing provide a sample of how it should look. You can upload or email a sample. Include any special formatting and fonts. Many artists print a short bio, artwork title and size, and contact information on the back of the cards.

Card Paper

Select from High Quality Gloss, Polar Matte, Linen, Textured Hahnemühle German Etching, or a Basic Matte finish.

High quality cards are produced on 60 lb. paper and provide beautiful colors. Colors can be closely matched to original artwork. The Textured Hahnemühle German Etching paper is 310 gsm or about 114 lb card stock, a beautiful fine art paper.

• A7 - 5" x 7" when folded and pre-scored, 7" x 10" unfolded
• A6 - 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" when folded and pre-scored, 6 1/4" x 9" unfolded
• A2 - 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" when folded and pre-scored, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 unfolded
• Square 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" when folded and pre-scored, 5 1/4" x 10 1/2" unfolded

Clear Bag, Boxes, Shrink Wrap

If you are selling greeting cards add clear bags, put card collections in greeting card boxes or shrink wrapping to professionally display your cards.

If needed a cloud link will be provided to upload and download images. Images are only available on the cloud for a short time. If you have images to download please do so as soon as possible. If you did not download them in time just let us know and we will upload them again.

A Work Order will be created and provided. If shipping is needed the charge will be added after the order is complete.
