Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3 to 7 days for products created in the studio to be manufactured and packaged for shipping. Allow 3 to 5 days for shipments to arrive.

All products are packaged with care and as securely as possible to reduce the possibility of damage while in transit. Some items may ship in multiple packages.

Michael Malta Studio will ship via UPS or USPS with tracking information. Shipping status and tracking information will be sent to the email associated with the order.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

• If the artwork/product arrives damaged, please contact the Studio either by email to info@michaelmalta.com or call (719) 302-4809 and provide your name, order number and details of the damage observed.
• Save the original packaging.
• Take photos of the damaged artwork/product and original packaging then email these photos to info@michaelmalta.com.
• A representative from the Studio will contact you to discuss artwork/product return, replacement, and next steps.
